Barcola transfer nearing completion
Liverpool’s proposed move for Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola is close to completion.
Sky Sports reports that Liverpool and PSG have agreed a deal that would see the Reds pay £106 million up front with a further £17 million potentially due in add-ons. The 23-year-old France international is expected to sign a contract running until 2031, subject to completing his medical and the remaining formalities. (Sky Sports)
Reuters and The Guardian have also reported an agreement between the clubs, with the overall package potentially reaching £123 million. (Reuters)
The transfer has not yet been officially announced by Liverpool FC at the time of writing.

Champions League schedule confirmed
Liverpool now know the dates for all eight matches in the Champions League league phase.

Liverpool FC Women finish pre-season with seven
Liverpool FC Women completed their pre-season programme with a 7-1 win over Durham at St Helens Stadium.
Beata Olsson scored a seven-minute hat-trick, while Marie Höbinger, Ceri Holland, Sara Agrez and academy forward Vic Jones were also on target.
Gareth Taylor’s side finished pre-season with five wins from five, scoring 20 goals and conceding just once. Liverpool begin their Women’s Super League campaign away to Charlton Athletic next Sunday. (Liverpool FC)

Liverpool U21s came from behind to defeat Leeds United 2-1 in Premier League 2.
